Well, I've been trying out recipes to possibly use at Ziggy's. The building is way behind schedule so now I don't know when we'll be opening. I'm trying to use this time constructively, so yesterday my 12 year old son and I tried this no knead bread which I found at Steamy Kitchen's Blog . We made the caramel rolls and they are out of this world!! Chris is so excited by the outcome, he now wants to not only be a Marine but own a bakery.

Good luck with your new venture, Ruth. I guess life has been too hectic for you to craft lately, eh? My silly mom never told me that you two were in WW together. I'm so proud of how well she is doing. She loves to eat and raised me to love it too--LOL.
