The building is way behind schedule so now I don't know when we'll be opening. I'm trying to use this time constructively, so yesterday my 12 year old son and I tried this no knead bread which I found at <a href="http://steamykitchen.com/blog/2008/01/12/caramelroll/">Steamy Kitchen's Blog</a> . We made the caramel rolls and they are out of this world!!
